This type of photo shooting lasts approximately one hour and should be a relaxing, fun and as spontaneous experience as possible. I always try to give my subjects plenty of time to get used to being photographed, trying to create situations in which genuine emotions are expressed: a nice walk, the whole family chilling in bed, feeding time, a game or an interaction when there are smaller children… In this way I can easily capture authentic expressions and smiles, which will turn the photographs into precious memories! I don’t have a studio, so I always work on location, i.e. I either photograph you at your place or, a solution I also love, at an outdoor location (weather permitting!), so that I can maintain peace and quiet in every situation, make you feel at ease and have the opportunity to take as many breaks as necessary – modelling is tiring! The shoots at home are done in the morning to take advantage of the strongest light of the day, those outdoors instead either after sunrise or before sunset, to enjoy the most beautiful and magical light that the sun gives us. This type of reportage, in the high wedding season – between April and October – is mainly done on weekdays.

As far as maternity is concerned, I recommend doing the shoot around the 35th/36th week, so that your belly is already clearly visible. For baby-related shoots: a newborn baby is only a few days old and already very lovable, so I suggest doing the newborn session around the 3rd or 5th week of life at the latest; for shoots with small children I always suggest waiting until they can manage to sit on their own, so that they are both autonomous and interactive with their surroundings, so we can already capture wonderful smiles! It’s always a good time to make memories together!
